Homemaking Services

245D Licensed Services

Services We Offer

All services are provided under our active Minnesota DHS 245D license with no restrictions. We serve individuals with developmental, mental health, or physical disabilities.

Homemaking Services

Assistance with household tasks including light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a safe, clean, comfortable home environment for the individual served.

Individualized Home Supports (IHS) — Without Training

Personalized support services helping individuals develop and maintain skills for daily living and community participation. This service does not include a training component.

Night Supervision

Overnight support and monitoring for individuals who require assistance or supervision during nighttime hours to ensure safety and well-being.

Respite Care — In Home

Temporary relief for primary caregivers with professional support provided in the individual's home, ensuring continuity of care and caregiver well-being.

Respite Care — Out of Home

Short-term care provided at an alternate location, offering caregivers temporary relief while individuals receive safe, structured support in a different setting.

24-Hour Emergency Assistance

Around-the-clock availability for emergency support needs, ensuring individuals and families have access to immediate help whenever a crisis arises.

Adult Companion Services

Supportive companionship and socialization for adults, helping reduce isolation and promoting emotional well-being and meaningful daily engagement.

Individual Community Living Support

Assistance to help individuals live in their own homes or community settings, fostering independence, skill development, and community involvement.

Full-Time / Part-Time

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental, mental health, or physical disabilities in their home and community settings.

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Pass DHS background check (NETStudy 2.0)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • CPR/First Aid preferred
  • Prior disability services experience preferred
Full-Time / Part-Time

Homemaker / Companion

Assist individuals with household tasks, meal preparation, companionship, and maintaining a safe living environment in compliance with 245D standards.

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass DHS background check
  • Strong communication skills
  • Compassionate and dependable
Various Shifts

Night Supervision Staff

Provide overnight supervision and support for individuals requiring monitoring during nighttime hours. Both asleep and awake night shift positions available.

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Pass DHS background check
  • Ability to remain alert during awake shifts
  • Complete required 245D trainings
On-Call / Part-Time

Respite Care Worker

Provide temporary in-home or out-of-home respite care for individuals, giving primary caregivers needed relief while ensuring continuity of quality care.

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Pass DHS background check
  • Flexible availability including weekends
  • Caring, patient, and reliable
